Hello everybody! My mum and I just harvested three GIANT zucchini squashes from our garden, and now we don't know how to cook them! What's your favourite way to cook/eat courgettes and squashes? Also, our plant is a zucchini blossom, which apparently is a gourmet delicacy. Do any of you have any suggestions of how to cook/serve the blossoms?

Thank you for all your suggestions :D !!

If they're giant, it might be fun to grate them up and make zucchini bread. When they're really big, they don't have as much flavor, so it's good to mix them with other stuff.

I had a zucchini patch in my garden last summer and I would stuff the male blossoms (you can tell them from the female blossoms because they have a long, thin stalk) with ricotta and herbs, then grill them -- delicious!
